Coach Victor Nuñez

A former NCAA Football player, Victor committed himself to training at a very young age.

He first stepped into a gym when he was 12 years old. Those years were the foundation of his love for health and fitness. On his way to becoming a high-level athlete, Victor trained and got coached by some of the best strength and conditioning coaches in Canada. He learned the importance of compound movements for explosive power, plyometrics to increase speed and agility, and proper warm-ups and cool-downs to fully maximize the time and effort you put in the gym.

After his playing years, Victor’s interests shifted over to functional training as well as safely and correctly using strength training to fix the injuries he suffered from years of playing a collision sport. He has developed a deep love for mobility, stability, and learning how to move safely and pain-free. His dream is to not only move functionally, safely, and pain-free well into his 80s but teach you how to do the same!

With over 10+ years of coaching experience, Victor is ready to help you move. He believes we are all athletes and the gym should be a safe and fun place to explore exercise and movement.
